Paviel Schertzer
Chief Executive Officer
Paviel Schertzer is the Chief Executive Officer of TechUp. Before being named CEO in 2022, Paviel was the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and Head of creative contents (photo/video) since 2018. He has worked on several events, including the HackTheCrisis France hackathon during the Covid pandemic, and several editions of Viva Technology and France Digitale events.
Paviel holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the School for Computing and Advanced Techniques (EPITA). He works full-time as a Project manager and Data engineer at IJFR, a research institute.
In his free time, he's a First Aid Manager at Protection Civile France, and a Partner at Upscale Organization. Previously, he was the General Secretary and Member of the Board of non-profit organization EpiMac.
Tom-Eliott Herfray
Executive Vice President
Tom-Eliott Herfray is the Executive Vice President of TechUp. Before being named VP in 2022, Tom-Eliott was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Tech Advisor, in charge of the organization's IT infrastructures since 2021.
Tom-Eliott holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the School for Computing and Advanced Techniques (EPITA). He works full-time as a Project Manager and Software Engineer at C2S, Bouygues Telecom Entreprises and Bouygues group’ digital services firm.
In his free time, he is a Partner at Upscale Organization, and previously was President and Chairman of the Board of the non-profit organization EpiMac.
Natacha Padova
Deputy Secretary
Natacha Padova is the Deputy Secretary of TechUp Network. Natacha joined the organization in 2022 after participating in the 2021 edition of Viva Technology.
Natacha holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the School for Computing and Advanced Techniques (EPITA). She works full-time as a Cloud & Engineering Analyst at Deloitte in Luxembourg.
Soren Szabo
Chief Financial Officer
Soren Szabo is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of TechUp Network. Soren joined the organization in 2022 after having participated in many events as a photographer and video/photo editor for the communication team.
Soren holds a Master's degree in Game Design & Programming from ISART DIGITAL Paris. He works full-time as an Animation Programmer at Virtuos, and previously as a Gameplay programmer at Microids.
In his free time, he is a freelance photographer and video editor.
Vincent Attali
Chief Operations Officer
Vincent Attali is the Chief Operations Officer, Secretary and Data Privacy Officer of TechUp. Before being named Secretary in 2023, Vincent was TechUp's Community department manager. He was in charge of all the organization of events related to the community, and in particular the VivaTeam program launched in 2017 by TechUp and Viva Technology.
Vincent holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the European Institute of Technology (Epitech). He works full-time as a Full-Stack Developer at Modjo.
Louis Antchandiet
Deputy Treasurer
Louis Antchandiet is the Deputy Treasurer of TechUp. Louis joined the organization in 2022.
Louis is a graduaded nurse at the AP-HP Henri-Mondor Hospital, and an Operational reservist at the Paris Fire Brigade (BSPP).
In his free time, he is a First Aid Trainer at Protection Civile France, and a Partner at Upscale Organization.
Noel Varga
Partnerships & Public Relations
Noel Varga is the manager of the Partnerships & Public Relations department of TechUp. Noel joined the organization in 2022.
Noel holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the European Institute of Technology (Epitech). He works as a freelance developer.
Benjamin Hubert
Partnership & Public Relations
Benjamin Hubert is the deputy manager of the Partnerships & Public Relations department of TechUp. Benjamin joined the organization in 2024.
Benjamin is a fullstack developer graduated from Wild Code School and 3W Academy. He works full-time as an IT manager at Manda.
Christrian Chabrerie, Ph.D.
Academic programs & Research
Christian Chabrerie is the manager of the Academic programs & Research of TechUp. Christian joined the organization in 2023.
Christian is a EE & CS engineer & Ph.D., Teacher of Digital Systems at CentraleSupelec (formerly Ecole Centrale Paris) since more than 30 years, and Development Project Manager & Head of Healthcare Major at EPITA, renown Computer Science Engineering School.
In his free time, he works on projects linked to health and innovation with companies and entrepreneurs.
Maxime Paradis
Board Member
Maxime Paradis is a Member of the Board of TechUp Network.
Maxime holds a Master's degree in Finance, Investment & Banking from the ESCE International Business School. He is a Serial Entrepreneur and Angel Investor based in Paris, focusing on empowering the next generation of tech founders. He is also the Founder & Managing Partner of G. Ventures, France 1st Student VC Fund.
Ieva Gaigala
Head of Board
Ieva Gaigala is the Head of Board of TechUp Network. She joined the organization in 2017 as a volunteer at VivaTech, before becoming TechUp Network's President from 2018 to 2022.
Ieva holds a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the ESCE International Business School. She works as a business angel and event organizer, previously as the head of LP Community in the BrainTech fund of NewFund, and co-founder of Unfair.
Carla Thomas
Board Member
Carla Thomas is a Member of the Board of TechUp Network. She joined the organization as a volunteer at VivaTech, before becoming TechUp Network's Vice President from 2018 to 2022.
Carla holds a Master's degree in Digital Strategy & E-commerce from the ESCE International Business School. She works as a Webflow developer freelance at Namma.io. Previously, she was the Head of Partnerships at Agorize.
